- Eligible positions are only those that have been classified as Exempt.
- A Referral bonus shall be paid to the Referring Employee who makes a successful referral.
- The Referring Employee is responsible for providing an up-to-date resume of the candidate to the Department of Human Resources. The job vacancy that the candidate is applying for must be clearly indicated.
